Well it's shut down now , the no good ingreats that hang out there should not be handed a narcan kit . Great staff but the ingreats punks put the place under , shame on all of you . 5 stars for the staff

"CRUEL".... no exceptions allowed! I had to give up my oxygen tank to stay here...yet these "jamacian" staff "GIGGLE" at me for having to do so!!! Even Hope Mission let's us "off property" so we can go pay our bills, etc., while leaving our items behind in bins...but JPW does not! I am a 61 year old elder, on an oxygen tank with weak knees and back...but am told I "have to" take ALL my stuff with me (aka a taxi ride I can barely afford). Can't wait until Sally Ann opens up THEIR female shelter (finally!) Going there instead!!! Also...low nutrition/small portions of food due to weak government funding.

This place is dragging down Stony Plain road, almost all hours day/night 10-15 people tweaking on the sidewalk, camping beside the building or shooting up. Drive past at 8am, theres garbage, cups, needles, dirty clothes strewn everywhere. 30+ years of living in the west end and I've never seen Stony Plain road as much of a dump as the last year, this place is helping Stony Plain road give Portland and San Francisco a run for their money

Doctor seems have good reputation, but the place is horrible, front long metal ramp at back in a temporary facility. My appointment got changed without notice, without apologize. But I am here for the doctor, not for the place, I hope this place is safer for patient specially in winter. Just never saw any health care facility set up in this poor condition. The length of ramp is beyond safety requirement, not accessible for wheel chair. Back door is turning outside, very slippery in winter.

A great place to stop in and get linked up with community supports. The staff is friendly and down to earth and the coffee is always on, along with a cup of noodles. You can use the washroom, link up to internet, many good services to assist the vulnerable people on the West side. Keep up the good work!

Welcoming place to keep your feet clean. HAVE GOOD hours for the poor. & coffee and a snack. LIKE MOST PLACES THEY SERVE WHAT COMES AND GOES THEY KEEP BUSY WITH THE PLACE THEY HAVE .

This is a wellness centre that provides coffee and a place to connect with others in the community. They have a nice bright space, that is open and welcoming. The staff is very nice, easy to deal with, and eager to help. They have laptops you can use to check mail or even just listen to your fave song on youtube for a few minutes. Love the space and how they give people a chance to connect and visit safely.

Wonderful people here. They give to the public hot soup and coffee as well as a super warm jacket and possibly mittens. They let you charge your phone and probably refer you to resources. Any person in need of these things or that are cold and would like to feel they can be somewhere judgement free would appreciate it. Everyone who works in these places should honestly feel super because they are deffinatly hero's in jeans and t's
